Polycrystalline diamond cutters (PDC) comprise a polycrystalline diamond (PCD) top layer integrally sintered onto a tungsten carbide substrate using a high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) process.

PDC cutters are sintered with selected diamond powder and tungsten carbide compact. They offer extreme hardness, superior abrasion resistance, and high impact resistance. These PDC buttons and bits are widely utilized for oil and gas well drill bits, geological exploration, and mining operations. Furthermore, PDC cutters serve as high-performance cutting tools for precision diamond cutting, grinding, and polishing.

Standard sizes include 1304, 1308, 1313, 1608, 1613, 1616, 1908, 1913, 1916, and 1919mm. Custom sizes and specific shapes can be manufactured according to your technical requirements.
