1. PDC (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) Cutter is a superhard material that compacts polycrystalline diamond with a tungsten carbide substrate under ultra-high temperature and pressure.
Since PDC Cutters combine diamond grit and tungsten carbide substrate, they offer the advantages of both materials: high abrasion resistance, high impact resistance, and excellent thermal stability.
Currently, PDC Cutters are widely applied in oil field drilling, gas exploration, geological surveying, coal mining, and various drilling and milling applications. They serve as essential components for Steel PDC Drill Bits, Matrix PDC Drill Bits, and Tri-cone PDC Drill Bits.
