Polycrystalline Diamond Compact (PDC) cutters are advanced tools comprising a polycrystalline diamond (PCD) top layer integrally sintered onto a tungsten carbide substrate using a high-pressure, high-temperature process.
These cutters are engineered with selected diamond powder and tungsten carbide compact. Due to this unique synthesis, PDC cutters exhibit extreme hardness, superior abrasion resistance, and high impact resistance. They are widely utilized in oil and gas well drill bits, geological exploration, and mining applications. Furthermore, PDC cutters serve as high-efficiency cutting tools for grinding and polishing operations.
Standard sizes include 1304, 1308, 1313, 1608, 1613, 1616, 1908, 1913, 1916, and 1919mm. Custom shapes and dimensions can be manufactured based on specific requirements.
