Product Description
6" Anti-Mud Pack Oil Drilling Bit for Oil Well Drilling
Based on the lithological characteristics and the difficulties in the application of PDC drill bits, we have developed a personalized new type of mud pack release oil drill bit by adopting PDC drill anti-mud pack technology, anti-chipping tooth technology, hydraulic optimization, and strong aggressiveness design, and adopting the mud pack flute design, which effectively solves a series of problems brought about by mud packs.
Installation Instructions
Check whether the last bit used has any damage, diameter reduction, or lost cutters. Ensure no hard debris remains at the well bottom.
Inspect drill bit cutters and nozzle holes; ensure O-rings are present and install nozzles as required.
Clean the male/female threads of the bit and apply specialized thread oil.
Install the unloader on the bit, lower the drill string to contact the threads, and make up.
Place the bit into the turntable bushing and tighten according to recommended torque values.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What makes the "Anti-Mud Pack" technology special?
It utilizes specialized flute designs and hydraulic optimization to prevent mud from clogging the bit, which significantly improves drilling efficiency in soft or sticky formations.
What materials are used for the drill body?
The main body is manufactured using high-grade 42CrMo alloy steel for maximum durability and strength under high pressure.
What is the annual production capacity for these bits?
We have a robust manufacturing capability with an annual production of approximately 2,500 pieces of oil drilling bits.
Are your products certified for quality?
Yes, our manufacturing processes and products are ISO 9001:2000 certified and meet SGS standards.
What type of connection does the 6" drill bit use?
This specific model uses a 3-1/2" API REG connector, which is standard for oil well drilling operations.
How are the drill bits packaged for international shipping?
The bits are securely packed in heavy-duty iron boxes to prevent damage during transit and ensure they reach the site in perfect condition.
