Dome PDC inserts consist of multilayer structure of diamond and transition layer, improving impact resistance greatly, which makes dome PDC inserts the best alternative to be applied in roller cone.
Priority for rear row teeth, auxiliary for main teeth (only in soft to medium-hard broken formations). It buffers impact, protects main teeth and prevents gravel damage.
Flat and smooth tooth surface with large contact area, delivering high cutting efficiency and outstanding wear resistance. Uniform force bearing avoids local wear with high cost performance.
Priority for main teeth, also available for rear row teeth. As main teeth, it crushes rocks quickly; as rear row teeth, it plays a gauge protection role.
Sharp tapered tooth tip with extremely strong penetration, reducing drilling resistance. Tapered structure disperses stress effectively with excellent impact toughness to avoid chipping.
Only for main teeth. Its core advantage is sharp penetration for hard formation crushing. Not recommended for rear row teeth due to small contact area.
